Schema-constrained generation

Forcing a model to emit output that validates against a fixed schema (e.g. a strict JSON array) so downstream tooling can consume it deterministically.

grounded in: ontology_learn.py / ontology_maintain.py require a single strict JSON array per concept and apply_concept.sh consumes it programmatically
