Webapp Testing (browser sensor)

An official Anthropic skill that drives a real browser to exercise a web app (navigate, click, assert) — the exact SENSOR the factory lacks: it has no local browser/compiler check, so UI regressions only surface at CI. Adopting this would let the loop catch a broken build before it ships, closing the gap behind the overnight build-break cascade.
